Reduces puffiness and dark circles. This light textured eye lotion contains a high 5% concentration of caffeine as well as highly purified Epigallocatechin Gallatyl Glucoside (ECGC), an ingredient derived from green tea leaves. Studies have shown that topical use of both ingredients can help reduce puffiness and dark circles in the delicate eye area. Caffeine has also been shown to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

    Lightweight & Great for dark circles

    Purchased it from TGV, as I have bad dark circles.
    Could definitely see the dark circles fading after two weeks or so. Used it on and off for a while, right now my dark circles are still here but definitely less noticeable.
    Recommend it & TGV as well for great customer service
